Description


The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a complete set of simple concepts and practical tools for getting more of what you want from your entrepreneurial business. In this session, Jason Williams will discuss bringing focus, accountability, and discipline to your team using timeless principles and the proven EOS model. Jason will dive into each of the six key components - Vision, Data, Process, Traction, Issues, and People - to help your organization clarify, simplify, and achieve its vision.


SPEAKER BIO
Jason Williams is a seasoned Certified EOS Implementer based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. With a career spanning three decades across various business fields, Jason is all about resilience and adaptability. He’s faced many challenges and has gained a lot of experience in guiding businesses toward sustainable growth and success. Jason’s commitment to excellence is evident in the numerous organizations he’s helped through the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) methodology.

When he’s not in the session room, Jason loves spending time with his two daughters and son, especially when it involves boating and vacationing. He’s a devoted father who draws strength from his faith in God. Known for his vibrant and outgoing personality, Jason excels at making genuine connections both personally and professionally. His mix of expertise, resilience, and faith makes him a trusted advisor and a driving force for transformation in the business world and beyond.
