Join the Hampton Roads Chamber as we celebrate service members who go above and beyond in the community through their volunteer efforts and announce the 2024 Samuel T. Northern Military Citizen of the Year Award. 

Samuel T. Northern was a local businessman who devoted most of his life to strengthening the relationship between the community and the military. This award is presented annually to recognize active military personnel who have made the most significant contribution to the region.
