The 2nd District Congressional Debate, hosted by the Hampton Roads Chamber, is one of our signature events and draws members of the business community as well as local political leaders. This debate focuses on one of Virginia’s most competitive Congressional races and is covered by local and statewide media. This debate offers the opportunity to hear directly from the candidates on a variety of issues.

Press is invited to cover the event, but must RSVP in advance to Lauren Roberts Carter: lroberts@hrchamber.com 

The debate will be broadcast by WTKR, our media partner for this event.

Due to the high volume of attendance and limited space, we ask that cancellations be received at least 5 business days before the day of the event to avoid being charged.

Event held in the Susan S. Goode Fine and Performing Arts Center in the Joan and Macon Brock Theater. Please park in the lot outside of this building.
