Finally, we'll focus on reframing our narratives, shifting from overwhelm and self-doubt to empowerment. This talk is especially for working women who often carry multiple responsibilities. Join us as we uncover practical strategies to find your unique balance, foster emotional health, and rewrite your story in a way that serves you.
