About

Dr. Hagedorn is a 37-year Fortune 500 corporate executive, professor, speaker, author, entrepreneur, corporate director, board member, volunteer, and community and church leader. He is currently a CEO Peer Advisory Chair with C12. He recently completed his PhD in Leadership Studies at Dallas Baptist University, and earned an MBA degree. Doug has authored three books, the latest entitled A Lasting Legacy, with a nationwide radio and columnist presence. He is a leadership consultant and coach, facilitating and training many group sessions. He recently launched a comprehensive on-demand leadership course based on extensive cutting-edge research and practical experience, to equip people and teams with essential leadership skills and knowledge needed to thrive and excel as a leader in any field. He also co-founded a private K-12 school with his wife that has grown to 400 students.  

He also launched two businesses while concurrently working in his corporate career, and created an online course on his dissertation topic of finding and fulfilling your why- creating meaning, purpose and legacy in life. He has been married to his wife Dana for 31 years and together they have three amazing children. When not coaching, teaching or writing he enjoys his family, outdoor activities and is an avid reader and sports fan.
