Dr. Hagedorn is a 37-year Fortune 500 corporate executive, professor, speaker, author, entrepreneur, corporate director, board member, volunteer, and community and church leader. He is a C12 CEO Peer Advisory Chair. He recently completed his PhD in Leadership Studies at Dallas Baptist University, and earned an MBA degree. Doug teaches Business Entrepreneurship and Servant Leadership Courses at Seapointe College and Norfolk Bible College. Doug has authored three books, the latest entitled A Lasting Legacy, with a nationwide radio and columnist presence. He is a leadership consultant and coach, facilitating and training many group sessions. He also co-founded a private K-12 school with his wife that has grown to 400 students.  

He has been married to his wife Dana for 32 years and together they have three amazing children. When not coaching, teaching or writing he enjoys his family, outdoor activities and is an avid reader and sports fan.
