With over a decade of experience in nursing and healthcare education, I serve as the Director of Allied Health and Director of Nursing Education Programs at Virginia Peninsula Community College (VPCC), my alma mater. My role focuses on leading innovative, student-centered programs that prepare the next generation of healthcare professionals for excellence in patient care and community impact.

I bring a clinical background in maternal-newborn nursing and a passion for teaching that has shaped my work as faculty, curriculum developer, and now as a leader in academic operations. Since joining VPCC, I have overseen the daily operations of our nursing and allied health programs, maintained vital accreditation standards, and fostered strong partnerships across the Peninsula. I’m especially proud to work alongside an incredible team of educators committed to transforming lives through high-quality, affordable education.
