Michael Kennedy brings over 20 years of military leadership and transformational change experience, specializing in elevating organizations and individuals. With an additional background as a professional and collegiate sports official, he brings a unique blend of discipline, resilience, and high-stakes decision-making. Michael has built a career centered on creating high-performing teams that not only succeed but thrive through genuine connection and human-centered approaches.
 

Our approach is simple yet powerful - built on three core elements: Collaboration, Communication, and Culture. We believe teams succeed when they work seamlessly, communicate authentically, and build positive, lasting cultures. Through tailored coaching, interactive workshops, and industry-leading assessments like DISC and Four Lenses, we help organizations recognize strengths, uncover blind spots, and boost overall performance.
 

We’re also proud to offer YouthMAX, a specialized program for schools, athletic teams, and youth organizations. YouthMAX focuses on four critical areas - anti-bullying, learning to fail forward, building self-esteem, and developing strong character - equipping today’s youth with resilience and leadership skills for tomorrow.
