Currier Coaching is an executive and leadership coaching firm serving leaders in organizations as they lead their teams, ascend in their careers, and navigate challenges and opportunities in front of them.

Founded in 2020 they specialize in providing one-on-one executive coaching services to corporate leaders, high potential talent, and organizational thriving stars. Their passion is to empower leaders to find greater confidence, clarity, and insights for themselves - and in themselves -  through the practice and experience of professional coaching. 

Our core competency is individual, virtual coaching of leaders to empower them to achieve their goals using a three-phase process of exploration, engagement, and reflection. Our use of external, certified, and credentialed coaches provides our clients with the psychological safety to explore, share, strategize and refuel themselves which strengthens their skills, resilience, and confidence.

We are credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and hold a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. As well as are certified to deliver Everything DisC personality assessment, and are a Wiley Everything DiSC authorized partner. We are proud to be recognized and certified by the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Small, Micro, Women Owned Business.
