JP Realty and Associates was built on a foundation of passion, experience, and a deep commitment to serving our clients with excellence. Our journey began when the founder and broker, Jobenia Parker, discovered her love for real estate at the age of 26 after purchasing her first home. Experiencing firsthand the value of working with a skilled, knowledgeable agent inspired her to earn her real estate license in Maryland in 2003.

Life took her on a new path in 2007, and she temporarily stepped away from real estate. In 2019, she returned to the industry with renewed energy, working alongside her husband, Mark Parker, owner of Satisfied Home Builders, LLC, to offer clients the unique benefit of both real estate and home-building expertise. While Mark’s company operates separately, their shared dedication to quality and service has shaped the high standards that define JP Realty and Associates today.
