LumaRise is a nonprofit digital community dedicated to helping individuals heal from trauma and rediscover hope through connection, storytelling, and guided personal growth.

Built on three foundational pillars, Emotional, Cognitive, and Spiritual, LumaRise provides an anonymous, safe, and moderated online space where individuals can share their stories, access structured reflection tools, and engage in meaningful peer support. Our Human Experiential Transformation (HET) Model© integrates emotional awareness, cognitive reframing, and purpose-driven identity development to help people move from survival to stability and growth.

LumaRise is not clinical therapy. We are a structured, trauma-informed support platform designed to complement professional services and expand access to healing resources in a scalable, secure environment.
