Behind every mask there is a face, and behind the face, a story! Thirty-nine years ago, Judeo-Christian Outreach Center (JCOC) began removing the mask of hunger in Virginia Beach one meal at a time. Now, masks of hunger and homelessness are being removed from thousands of individuals, veterans, and families throughout Hampton Roads every year.
